We create a personalized referral / prescription pad with your name, practice logo, and space for footwear recommendations, characteristics, fit considerations, or other guidance. Each referral includes a scannable code that identifies you as the referring provider and gives your patient $10 off an in-store purchase.

Participation is individual, not clinic-wide. Multiple providers from the same practice may enroll separately.

How the rewards year works

Your membership year begins on your enrollment date and ends the day before your next signup anniversary. Referral counts reset on your signup anniversary.

The 20-referral threshold applies only to Medical Ambassadors. Your 30% reward activates after qualifying referral #20 and remains active until your next signup anniversary.

The benefit is available in Athletic Annex stores only. The enrolled Medical Ambassador must personally be present when the discount is used. Purchases may be for you, friends, or family when you are present.

Maximum cumulative discount savings during the reward period are $1,000.

What’s the difference between a Referral Partner and a Medical Ambassador?

Both receive personalized patient referral tools. Medical Ambassadors additionally enroll in individual referral tracking and can earn the 30% in-store benefit after reaching 20 qualifying referrals during their membership year.

What does my patient receive?

Patients who bring in your Athletic Annex referral receive $10 off an in-store purchase. The referral notes also help our staff understand your footwear recommendations.

When does my referral count reset?

On your signup anniversary. Each anniversary starts a new membership year and a new 20-referral qualification period.

How long does the 30% discount last?

Once you reach qualifying referral #20, the benefit remains available until your next signup anniversary, when your membership year resets.

Can I use the Medical Ambassador discount online?

No. The Medical Ambassador benefit is available in Athletic Annex stores only.

Can family or friends use my discount?

The discount can be applied to purchases for family or friends, but the enrolled Medical Ambassador must be present in store when it is redeemed.

What does the $1,000 maximum mean?

The program allows up to $1,000 in cumulative discount savings during the reward period. It is not a $1,000 merchandise allowance.
